The instrumental ep known as Furnace, that I was basically through with, will now have vocals in it. Thanks to Eric Baker for writing the lyrics and yelling his face off. We will be releasing each song(casually) one at a time. Once all the songs are finished, the entire ep will be available to download for free on the bandcamp page. New album! For a year or more, I've been working on a new full length concept album for sloss. The concept of the album takes place in Sloss mine number 2 involving a
convict laborer. More info soon as the concept story is fully
developed. The new material will be heading down a darker/angular path, with little to no grind ,and more experimentation. The previous ep was written solely off of what was fun to play, while the new stuff is more concerned about telling a story. One of the main things that'll be missing from the new Sloss material will be the programmed drums. I'll be handling drumming duty......as I continue to learn them.
